Colombian Innovation: Jairo Arcila, a third-generation coffee producer from Colombia, is the mastermind behind the Colombian component of our 'Pura Vida' blend. His meticulous approach is evident in the cultivation of Castillo beans, grown at elevations of 1400-1450 meters above sea level. What sets this coffee apart is the innovative 72-hour anaerobic fermentation process, with the infusion of Passion Fruit and Wine Yeast. This technique creates a distinct organoleptic profile, highlighted by notes of Passion Fruit, Lime, and Panela. The result is a beautifully balanced coffee with a remarkable cupping score of 88.50 points.
Costa Rican Excellence: Our Costa Rican contribution comes from Hacienda Pilas, located in the West Valley's Naranjo area.
