Blending - Some blends are created by mixing a variety of green beans before roasting and then roasting all to the one colour. Others are created by blending beans already roasted, each coffee contributing their own uniqueness to the blend.
Packaging - The state of the art packaging process for retail packs uses standup pouches with a zipper seal and one way valve. When packed it is reverse flushed with food grade nitrogen to maintain freshness.
